#OnThisDayInMusic, Charlie Parker recorded half of the tracks for his self-titled 10-inch LP at NYC’s Fulton Recording Studios. The 1953 album would be reissued as a 12-inch four years later, aptly titled “The Genius Of Charlie Parker, Vol.3: Now’s The Time.”
