In a recent interview with Meltdown of Detroit’s WRIF radio station, the former SKID ROW singer spoke about being chosen to front TWISTED SISTER for the latter band’s fall 2026 shows after iconic vocalist Dee Snider resigned from TWISTED SISTER due to “health challenges”. Sebastian said: “I am a fan of TWISTED SISTER. And I’ll tell you right now, I’m probably a bigger fan of TWISTED SISTER than anybody watching this. I love that band. I used to go see them whenever I could. And I really love the album ‘You Can’t Stop Rock ‘N’ Roll’ with songs like ‘The Kids Are Back’, ‘Ride To Live, Live To Ride’. I love the ‘Under The Blade’ album. I love ‘Shoot ‘Em Down’, ‘Destroyer’, ‘Tear It Loose’. I mean, I love ‘I Wanna Rock’, I love ‘We’re Not Gonna Take It’, but there’s an earlier period of that band where they were one of the most ferocious rock bands that you will ever see. And if you saw them back then, you know what I’m talking about.”

The Masquerade marked the first show of CORROSION OF CONFORMITY‘s North American headlining tour with support provided by WHORES and CROBOT. The journey commenced with a pair of headlining shows on April 7 and April 8 in Atlanta and Greensboro, respectively, with WHORES. From there, the band headed to Sayreville on April 9 to join CLUTCH for a run of dates through May 3 in Asheville (with additional support by JD Pinkus). CORROSION OF CONFORMITY reconvenes with WHORES on May 5 in Toronto and May 6 in Montreal with CROBOT joining the caravan for all remaining dates through May 16 in New Orleans.

As previously reported, ANTHRAX‘s long-awaited new studio album is tentatively due in May in North America via Megaforce and in Europe through Nuclear Blast. The mixing sessions, as well as some of the recording sessions, for the LP took place at Dave Grohl‘s Studio 606 in Northridge, California. ANTHRAX once again worked with producer Jay Ruston, who previously helmed 2016’s “For All Kings” and 2011’s “Worship Music” albums.

ANTHRAX bassist Frank Bello revealed the new LP’s tentative arrival month during a recent interview with Long & McQuade‘s Dan Coniglio. He said in part: “The record will come out in May. I’m very proud. It’s so heavy. Some parts are really hard to play — really hard to play, which I’m happy to say, ’cause I like the challenge of it all. Joey‘s [Belladonna, ANTHRAX singer] vocals — I don’t understand how the guy could sing like that, but he still is killing it. And I’m very psyched.

DIO RULES is an all-star band paying tribute to the most influential hard rock singer of all time, Ronnie James Dio, by performing the hits that cemented his legacy by RAINBOW, BLACK SABBATH and DIO.

Based in Las Vegas, Freeman is an American rock vocalist and guitarist who has played for a number of bands, most notably punk rock group THE OFFSPRING and hard rock guitarist George Lynch‘s LYNCH MOB. Freeman is currently the frontman for the hard rock band LAST IN LINE, which features some of the reunited original members of the band DIO.

Freeman joined punk band THE OFFSPRING as a touring guitarist and backup vocalist on their 2008 tour for the album “Rise And Fall, Rage And Grace”. In 2010, Freeman joined HURRICANE as the lead vocalist, performing a few shows with the band before leaving in 2013. In 2012, Freeman joined the original members of DIO as lead vocalist to form the band LAST IN LINE. LAST IN LINE has released three albums so far: 2016’s “Heavy Crown”, 2019’s “II” and 2023’s “Jericho”.
