TIM ‘RIPPER’ OWENS Performs JUDAS PRIEST, BLACK SABBATH Classics In Sydney

Former JUDAS PRIEST and current KK’S PRIEST singer Tim “Ripper” Owens performed on February 20 at Crowbar in Sydney as part of his ongoing Australian solo tour. Joining him on the trek is a backing band of Australia’s metal maestros Joel McDonald on guitar, Jordan McDonald on drums, Voya Milutinovic on guitar and Andrew Hudson on bass. In a recent interview with Andrew McKaysmith of the Scars And Guitars podcast, Owens was asked if he has ever thought about writing an autobiography. Tim responded: ”Yeah, I’d like to do one. I just don’t know if I can talk about everything in my career. I don’t know if it’s right. There’s bands that can do that because they were known as being — they’d come up in the ’70s and ’80s, so there’s there’s things they’d done and in their career and they like to talk about it because they were into that. But I don’t know. I don’t necessarily wanna throw people under the bus.
