CHEAP TRICK‘s performance at the Troubadour was a last-minute replacement for the band’s show at the Hollywood Bowl as the support act for ZZ TOP.
The Rock And Roll Hall Of Famers had been scheduled to appear alongside ZZ TOP at the Hollywood Bowl on August 5. When ZZ TOP canceled the performance because of “unforeseen personnel matters”, the intimate Troubadour show was announced and it quickly sold out.
The historic Troubadour, a 500-capacity room, opened in West Hollywood in 1957 and has had some of the greatest performers of all time grace its stage.
